The purpose of our Care Navigation program is to connect adult family home owners and employees with certified care navigators to help them acquire health insurance through the Health Benefit Exchange, create and distribute informational materials, and provide technical support to owners and employees seeking health care coverage.

Open enrollment begins November 1st
